Psikoedukasi Tentang Strategi Coping Stres Pada Caregiver yang Merawat Lansia dengan Penyakit Kronis di Panti Jompo Budi Agung Kota Kupang

Pengasuh atau caregiver yang merawat lansia dengan penyakit kronis menjadi salah satu kelompok pekerja yang kurang mendapatkan dukungan psikologis. Kelelahan kerja saat merawat lansia terutama yang mengalami penyakit kronis akan memberikan beban fisik dan psikologis yang merugikan dan dapat mengarah pada kondisi stres. Kegiatan intervensi berupa psikoedukasi ini dirancang untuk membantu caregiver menemukan strategi coping stres berupa self-care yang ideal bagi diri mereka. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah 11 caregiver di Panti Jompo Budi Agung Kota Kupang, yang memiliki pengalaman dalam merawat lansia dengan penyakit kronis. Metode psikoedukasi yang digunakan adalah experience learning dan metode ceramah yang umum digunakan. Hasil psikoedukasi menunjukkan bahwa caregiver dapat memahami strategi coping stres dengan baik, terbukti melalui pengujian nilai pre-test dan post-test dengan perubahan nilai mean yaitu 6.636 menjadi 9.364.
